At least 6 years of experience independently running end-to-end recruitment processes for energy sector roles — full ownership from sourcing to offer. We’re looking for someone with proven headhunting capability., Highly developed sourcing and headhunting skills — including reaching passive candidates, activating your own professional network, and creatively navigating different channels to find the right people., Ability to act as a true partner for business leaders by sharing market insights, advising on role profiles, and shaping hiring plans together., Very good command of English (C1) — non-negotiable. We work globaly and always verify language skills during the recruitment process., Fluency in Polish., High interpersonal awareness, proactiveness, and readiness to suggest improvements or new approaches when needed., Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while staying organised, professional, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
