What you’ll do

  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align deliverables with business objectives
  • Source local as well as international candidates
  • Prescreen incoming applications
  • Complete phone screens
  • Organize interviews (virtual and/or on-site)
  • Guide both the managers and the candidates through an efficient recruiting process that keeps the candidates and the manager engaged and satisfied
  • Track all candidates through the candidate tracking system
  • Use sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for recruited positions
  • Provide frequent updates on status of different recruiting initiatives to Human Resources and Managers
  • Support onboarding and assimilation of new hires
  • Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs at schools/universities

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrated success generating candidates through direct sourcing methods
  • Experience in recruiting technical positions (local and international) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities with high attention to detail, completing tasks quickly and accurately
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

We offer

The candidate will be hired through a third-party employment agency.

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group F. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
