Anforderungen

4–8 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination, Fluent English (minimum B2 level, working language), Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1), Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes, Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel), Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment is strongly preferred, Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters) is a strong advantage
