Talent Advisor with Turkish (m/f/d)

University degree, At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience as a recruiter, agency experience is an added value, Experience working with international clients and candidates, in a Shared Service environment, HR experience would be extremely beneficial, Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages such as Arabic would be an asset., Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/ Acquisition process, Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills, Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred, Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus, MS Office package user
