We're looking for a talented finance professional to join our Group Tax Reporting team - an essential unit responsible for delivering clear, timely and compliant tax information that supports both business operations and strategic planning across the organisation. Project information:Location: Kraków or remote (max. 1-2 visits in office per month)Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours per day (very flexible)Languages: Polish & EnglishType of employment: long-term contract of employmentLevel: ExpertSalary range: 16 000 - 18 000 PLN gross Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and review of group-level tax disclosures, including deferred tax positions and ETR, ensuring alignment with international accounting standardsCollaborate with regional finance teams to gather and validate tax inputs during key reporting periodsProduce insightful analysis to explain tax performance and variances, providing stakeholders with the information they need to make decisionsForecast future tax positions and cash tax obligations, supporting both compliance and planningMaintain oversight of audit deliverables and manage relationships with external auditors during year-end reviewsSupport ongoing improvements in reporting quality, process efficiency and systems usageRequirements:Professional experience in tax reporting and statutory reporting (group)Strong accounting expertise (in international environment)Advanced MS Excel and SAP skillsFluency in EnglishWell-organized & independentVery good communication skillsGreat stakeholder managementWe offer:Full-time job agreement based on employment contractPrivate medical careLife insuranceMultisport cardAnnual bonusProfessional coursesDevelopment opportunities
