Tax Reporting and Compliance Specialist

Tax Reporting and Compliance Specialist Responsibilities: • Assist with calculations for tax reporting and regulatory filing requirements • Implement client plans for tax cycles and ensure deadlines are met • Gather data and documentation to complete standard filings accurately • Determine liabilities and withholdings for internal and external clients • Address routine questions from clients regarding tax calculations and reporting   What we offer: • 12-month contract with the potential for enriching experiences and professional growth • international environment, open communication and continuous learning • hybrid work (4 days a week from office) Qualifications:  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role • Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and documentation gaps • Proficient analytical thinking to interpret tax forms and account data • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines • Clear communication skills to explain documentation requirements to stakeholders • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and support shared goals We inform you that companies within the Adecco Group operating in Poland have implemented a reporting procedure required by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
