Technical Business Analyst - Banking Policies & Procedures (h/f)

Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong SQL skills and a background in AI‑driven or data‑driven solution delivery?emagine has an opportunity for you to support the transformation of banking policies and procedures into actionable AI use cases with a global team.Skills & Experience8+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex, fast-paced environments.Demonstrated experience delivering AI use cases or advanced data analytics solutions.Strong SQL proficiency and confidence reviewing or validating model/system outputs independently.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.Background working within the Financial Services or Banking sector, ideally trading banks.Fully fluent in English.Available to work 3 days per week in Central Paris.Key Tasks & DeliverablesAnalyse and interpret existing bank policies and procedures to identify and define AI-driven use cases.Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to capture, refine, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications.Perform hands-on testing and validation of AI models and system outputs to ensure accuracy, robustness, and compliance.Independently investigate and resolve developer questions using SQL and supporting technical tools.Drive structured documentation, version control, and clear communication across fast-paced, complex workstreams.Why emagine?Our teams are collaborative, supportive, and enabling, while still valuing autonomous, self‑starting consultants who can drive delivery with minimal oversight.This project will allow you to work with on innovative high profile AI projects for an international trading bank.
