This includes platform copy, user manuals, FAQs, and guided feature walkthroughs/demos. Your work will ensure that our users have clear, accurate, and user-friendly guidance throughout their experience with our platform. ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and maintain platform copy across multiple touchpoints.Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and support documentation.Create guided feature walkthroughs and demo content.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all platform documentation.Key Requirements:Native English speaker with strong technical writing skills.Proven experience in technical copywriting for software or SaaS products.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.Experience with documentation and content management tools.Previous experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or Adtech is meritorious.
