You graduated in 2025 or will graduate in 2026, a Master’s degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline, Experience in an industrial or engineering environment is an advantage but not essential, An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach, Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to solve problems and deliver results, Clear communication style, ability to adapt quickly and enjoy working in diverse, international teams, Fluency in English, Polish and any additional languages are advantageous, Willingness to travel and work abroad for at least one 6 month assignment, You are based in Europe and have the legal right to work in Europe, A valid European driving licence is a must., Job start: mid-September 2026
