Test and Validation Engineer (m/w)

Responsibilities:Define, plan, configure and execute tests according to given priorities and by incorporating specialized testing equipment (e.g. test benches, climate chambers)Check plausibility of test results and propose improvement actionsPrepare and maintain documentation such as test plans and test reports according to standards like ISTQBCollaborate in technical change processes in close cooperation with Industrial Engineering, Quality and ProductionRequirements:Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronical Engineering or similar fieldProfessional experience in the environment of testing as well as a basic understanding of laws, regulations and standards, ideally in an international industry environmentGood communication and cooperation skills and the ability to work in an international settingStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsFluent speaking & writing English (French / German will be an added value)Experience in test automation using environments like Robot Framework, PyTest is a plus
