About the project

Your responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing application components within a SCRUM team while adhering to quality, security, and performance standards.
• Analyzing and optimizing new and existing solutions with a strong focus on Oracle DB performance, including supporting other SCRUM teams.
• Monitoring database growth and performance, and implementing automation and efficiency boosting tools.
• Participating in performance testing and other quality assurance activities.
• Supporting and preparing production deployments in close collaboration with the infrastructure team.

Our requirements

• Have advanced expertise and 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle relational databases (version 12 or newer).
• Are familiar with the TIA system and have hands on experience with ADF.
• Feel comfortable working with Oracle analytical tools and functionalities.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in PL/SQL development.
• Have worked within Agile methodologies and understand iterative delivery.
• Are confident in the full software development lifecycle — from analysis and design, through development and testing, to documentation and deployment.

Optional

• Experience with Java, Kotlin, or React.
• Understanding of the insurance domain.
