Anforderungen
5+ years of experience in C&B within large, international organizations., Expertise in building compensation structures and salary grades. Strong knowledge about remuneration policies and market practices., Practical experience with Mercer methodology (job evaluation, salary surveys)., Understanding of Pay Transparency frameworks and trends., Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders., Strong sense of ownership, proactiveness and ability to work independently., Strong Excel skills and the ability to create clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint., Fluency in English and Polish (C1), The job advertisement is addressed to all candidates, regardless of gender, in accordance with the principle of equal treatment in employment.
