Your responsibilities

  • As the Transaction Management Support you will be
  • Providing governance support throughout the whole delivery (end to end) of real estate workstreams related to Transaction Management,
  • coordinating the transition of the account in terms of technology platforms, driving platform wide and system wide enhancement,
  • bringing challenging ideas, strong governance together with strong business acumen.
  • The key responsibilities listed here are to be selected and mutually agreed upon with the client. The responsibilities here are non-exhaustive and can be expanded upon by the business as mutually agreed:
  • Managing real estate transaction flow
  • Sharing and providing of solutions, improvements, best practices, seeking optimization of the processes;
  • Collaborating with lease administration teams as required;
  • Collaborating with the Account Lead & Transaction Managers;
  • Collaborating with client’s Business Units and Portfolio Managers as required;
  • Tracking down documentation and updating database as required;
  • Supporting the Transaction and/or Portfolio Manager in business unit and project specific conference calls;
  • Tracking active projects and preparing status reports;
  • Taking direction from the Transaction and/or Portfolio Manager and creating transactions in database;
  • Preparing reports (format and feedback);
  • Preparing & creating of dashboards with support of business analysts;
  • Supporting the related needs of client's internal departments including legal, environmental, finance, and international operational teams when coordinating transaction approvals in database as required;
  • Collecting and inputting of all transaction information into database transaction module and management approval workflows;
  • Coordinating and tracking signed contract documentation and other project related documents;
  • Monitoring project timelines and resolve/ escalate variances;
  • Performing other services from time to time specifically related to the Transaction Support Role.

Our requirements

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
  • Proven capability in delivering Real Estate practices across the regions
  • Pro-active, ability to take initiative and not wait for instructions
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
  • Enjoys working autonomously
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
  • Previous transactional and/or real estate experience is desirable
  • Commercially astute
  • Ambitious and self - motivated
  • Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Flexible approach to work

  • Good problem solving & analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to chase for the information, build the relationships with brokers to provide data to reports
