Zakres obowiązków Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound) in Dutch Support customers with travel difficulties. Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services Dealing with cancellations and refunds Wymagania Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
