Treasury Specialist (Mid/Senior)

Zakres obowiązków Support Group Treasury operations across EMEA & APAC regions, covering multiple currencies including but not limited to EUR, CHF, AUSD, HUF. Manage monthly cash forecasting and provide accurate visibility of cash positions across all entities. Execute and monitor cash pooling, internal funding, liquidity movements, and intercompany transfers (including independent execution of internal payments and fundings). Maintain and support the Group's securitisation programme, including reporting, credit limit monitoring, and ongoing administration. Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support hedging activities (performed at country level), ensuring compliance with group policies. Collaborate with global finance stakeholders and internal Treasury colleagues to optimise group liquidity. Work directly with banking partner (HSBC) on treasury operations and day‑to‑day needs. Contribute to process improvements and support the transformation of Treasury operations within a growing GBS environment. Wymagania A successful Treasury Specialist should have: 3-5+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, FX Risk, Liquidity, or related finance roles (preferably in an international environment). Strong understanding of cash flow processes, FX exposure, and liquidity management - core skillset required. Experience with securitisation, cash pooling, or intercompany funding processes. Proficiency in Excel (SQL / VBA / Power BI are not mandatory but nice to have). Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS); exposure to GTreasury is a strong plus. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate within a global, change‑driven environment and support decision-making process. Fluent English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus. Oferujemy Competitive annual gross salary ranging from 132.000 to 186.000 PLN (depending on seniority).
