In this role, you will work closely with experienced RPA developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to design, build, and optimize UiPath-based automation solutions that address real business challenges.If you are a motivated UiPath expert eager to take the next step in your career and play a key role in driving intelligent automation across the enterprise, we would be excited to collaborate with you!RequirementsProven experience in UiPath development and architectureStrong understanding of agentic AI and RPA concepts, design patterns, and best practicesExperience with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and related componentsKnowledge of integration methods (APIs, web services, databases)Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in automationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesUpper-Intermediate English levelWILL BE A PLUS:UiPath Advanced Developer or Architect certificationExperience with other RPA tools and agentic AI automation technologiesBackground in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategiesResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of UiPath-based agentic AI and RPA solutionsDefine automation standards, frameworks, and best practicesCollaborate with business analysts to translate process requirements into technical solutionsOversee development, testing, and deployment of automation workflowsEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational policiesConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to RPA developersIntegrate UiPath solutions with other enterprise systems and applicationsMaintain documentation for architecture, processes, and configurationsEvaluate new UiPath features and tools to enhance automation capabilitiesProvide training and mentorship to RPA team members
