Your responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional vendor financial management support within the dedicated platform, ensuring seamless processes.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders including Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, COO, Procurement, and Cost Management.
• Maintain reports and MI to facilitate planning processes for vendor contracts and renewals.
• Create dashboards and reports for critical financial metrics and processes.
• Produce regular management reports and provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on vendor management.
• Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting, and development of business cases.
• Update forecasts, manage budgets, funding, and workforce requirements effectively.

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, ideally within a large, global financial services organization.
• Strong proficiency in English, capable of communicating at a business level across diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of financial and commercial aspects of vendor management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Innovative mindset to challenge conventional approaches and foster new ways of working in a dynamic environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to handle a large volume of tasks efficiently.
• Experience working within complex matrix environments.
• Knowledge of external factors such as regulatory, political, competitive, and market influences.
