Vertex AI / ML Engineer

What you will do

• Collaborate on solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, integrating with on-premise and cloud environments.
• Deploy Data & AI solutions on GCP, leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business outcomes.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Vertex AI to support predictive analytics and decision-making.
• Build automated ML pipelines with Vertex AI Pipelines for scalable and reproducible workflows.
• Integrate Vertex AI with GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow) for end-to-end data processing and model serving.
• Analyze, collect, and specify project requirements in collaboration with clients, selecting optimal technologies for implementation.
• Coordinate tasks within the Data Engineer or Machine Learning team.
• Collaborate with GCP architects and related areas (data visualization, infrastructure, security) during solution implementations.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of public cloud experience, preferably with GCP.
• Proficiency in GCP platform, particularly in Data & AI services (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, Python, SQL).
• Practical knowledge of AI, ML technologies, and databases.
• Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and communicate alternative solutions effectively to diverse audiences (technical and business teams).
• Fluent English communication for collaborating with international teams.
• Pursuing the GCP Professional Data Engineer or GCP Machine Learning Engineer certification is advantageous, and we’ll support you on your certification journey.
