About the project
Your responsibilities
- Operations (RUN): Handling incidents, including opening and tracking tickets with suppliers (Stordata, Broadcom, Red Hat), analyzing incidents after resolution, and handling requests.
- Projects: Carrying out interventions within projects, tracking project progress, and preparing actions within our initiatives.
- On-call duties outside business hours
Our requirements
- Good knowledge of the French language (min B1)
- Knowledge of VMware
- Knowledge of OpenShift, Pure Storage, or NetApp will be an additional advantage
- Openness to development and willingness to learn new technologies
