Working Student - R&D (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support technical projects by collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
• Assist in developing manufacturing know-how in PCB, IC substrates, and packaging technologies by preparing samples, conducting experiments, and documenting findings
• Contribute to innovation and quality improvement through hands-on lab work and structured analysis

Your Profile

• Ongoing University degree in chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, physics or similar
• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English, German skills are asset
• Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management
• Eagerness to constantly learn and evolve with new technologies and methodologies
